Cancellation Policy – Lola's

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Has your order already been shipped? If so, you can no longer cancel it. However, you can return the order after receiving it in accordance with our return and cancellation policy.

Would you like to cancel an order? Please contact us as soon as possible at lolasaccessoires@gmail.com and include your order number. We’ll let you know as soon as possible whether the cancellation is still possible.

If the cancellation is processed in time, the full purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used to pay for the order.
