Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lola's!

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Return Policy

• The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and—if possible—in its original packaging.
• Sealed products that are not eligible for return for hygiene or health reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed hygiene products whose seals have been broken.
• Personalized or custom-made products.

Request a Return
Please send an email within 14 days of receipt to lolasaccessoires@gmail.com with your order number. You will then receive return instructions.

Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method. This will be done within 14 days at the latest. We may delay the refund until we have received the product or you have provided proof that you have shipped it.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
